Position: Reservation Manager
Role Description:
As a Reservation Manager, you will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring a flawless experience for our guests. You will be the primary point of contact for our guests and our partner hotels, handling requests, changes and confirmations with efficiency and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete management of the reservation process, from initial requests to final confirmations.
Communicate timely and professionally with guests, assisting with any requests or changes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and maximum occupancy.
Monitoring and updating reservation management systems.
Requirements:
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of reservation management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly and effectively.
Position: PHP Developer
Role Description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated PHP Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will design, develop and maintain web applications and internal systems, contributing to the growth and innovation of our digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, SQL and related technologies.
Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and improve existing applications.
Identify and resolve bugs and technical issues.
Contribute to system architectural design and performance optimization.
Requirements:
Proven experience in PHP development and in detail Laravel.
Thorough knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving attitude and desire to learn and grow professionally.
